Vibratec has the expertise of materials, products and solutions for noise and vibration reduction in applications regarding infrastructure. This includes bridges, roads and rail / track systems.
Anti-vibration solutions often used on bridges are for example constrained layer damping (CLD) and tuned mass damping (TMD). For traffic noise reduction we can deliver products that are excellent for sound absorption and diffraction, and for track based transportation we use elastic materials to reduce the transmission of vibrations to the surrounding environment.
The required characteristics are individually calculated on a project-by-project basis. Our solutions and systems meet all relevant standards and requirements.
