Spring Isolator VT42XX

A very soft spring isolator with integrated adjustable movement limiters. This isolator has a natural frequency between 5-9 Hz and a load range of 50 - 300 daN depending on which type you choose. Designed especially for suspension of mobile equipment for example suspension of propulsion engines, generating sets, compressors, deck houses etc.

Product Applications

The task of the movement limiters is to only reduce the movements and from when the set-up is exposed to external forces.
The integrated motion limiters must be adjusted upon installation and when the engine is in its operating condition, i.e. when oil and water have been filled and all equipment has been assembled, this to achieve maximum isolation during operation.
When the isolator is properly adjusted, only the spring should carry the static load. Any unevenness in the engine bed must adjusted for with shims, see our installation instructions.
