Track System VT-GSF

The VT-GSF solution consists of elastic profiles that completely encapsulate the rail and provide a continuous support without rail fasteners. The profiles – jackets – are made from resin-bonded recycled rubber with a shape adapted to fit the rail. The rail and elastic profiles are installed on-site by use of special jigs to adjust the position of the rail. After welding of the rails concrete is poured which provides support to all sides of the rail.
